Our pilot program is like UX testing for employee benefits - try us on to see if we fit.
We'll work you to tailor an experience experiment that meets your needs. We'll give 6-10 employees in various stages of the parental leave journey the Workpants experience, measure the impact with you and gather feedback. You'll get a report at the end. It's a low-cost way to see if we're right for you.
